Transcript
Please attach an official copy of the student’s transcript of work completed from grade 10 (or the equivalent) to the present. The transcript is one of
the most important documents in the student’s file. Because we recalculate the student’s grade point average on the basis of academic courses only,
it is absolutely necessary that we have clear and legible copies. Additionally, a brief explanation of course titles or unusual grading systems used at your school would greatly assist us in assuring an accurate assessment of the student’s level of achievement. If you have a grade distribution chart
that is not already included on your school profile, please include that as well.
Academic Program
If not already listed on the transcript, please list the student’s courses for the fall term, including any college classes. Also, note which courses are
Accelerated (ACC), International Baccalaureate (IB), Advanced Placement (AP) or Honors (H). If a different designation is used at your school for most
rigorous course work, please indicate such.
Please list, by subject area, your most rigorous courses offered, and indicate those that are specifically designated as AP or IB.
