The TOEFL exam is exempt very rarely. In addition to high SAT I verbal/ SAT II writing scores, teachers' recommendations on the applicant's English language proficiency needs to be evident, along with the application essay. We encourage you to take the TOEFL, although it can be waived if the exam cannot be taken, or as in the scenario mentioned above. |
